Please pass this tryout information along to anyone you feel could benefit from this program. This U16 team (as well as our U18 team) was a combination of many CASA and Internationals players from previous Academy seasons and which, of course, had roots in all our clubs throughout Northern Ohio and Western PA. It shows the soccer talent that exists in our area and how it can compete with the best the rest of the country has to offer - see "What We Know" below. Please consider what this program can offer your players for their future in soccer. Contact George Nanchoff or myself if you have any questions.

Updated information for Internationals Academy tryouts is included within this email/post. All information below and subsequent updates will be placed on the Internationals Academy blog: http://www.interinfoacademy.blogspot.com/ Please pass this information on to anyone interested.

What We Know

U16 Academy makes Finals Week in LA ! -see above-

Preliminary schedules have been released and are on the blog. The Great Lakes Division will add four new members next year from the Chicago area – Fire, Magic, Sockers and FC Milwaukee. All four have rich histories and winning traditions. They will join the our own Internationals, Columbus Crew, Indiana United, Derby County Wolves, and Vardar in competing for the US Soccer Development Academy crown. There is no competition better than this: Of the 9 teams, 8 had a U16 or U18 team in the playoffs (all but FC Milwaukee) and 5 have teams in the finals (Inter, Fire, Sockers, Wolves, and Vardar).
